Okay, I’ve been messing around with the settings on this site.

No worries, that is, if you come here and the font and background color has changed.  🙂  I just found I could do this, tonight.  I am also trying out a larger font size, because I switched to a serif font and I know it can be difficult to read.  If I switch back to sans serif, I may lower the size again — I just didn’t want any of my current readers to no longer be able to read my writing.

On my mind is finding a better Theme for this blog, where I’d be able to use more than one menu…I’ve got limited options as things are, but if I got everything in line, I’d be able to divide content between this blog (for art and health/identity stuff), goldmarble.wordpress.com (for beading/crafts), and justatechnicality for Library/Information Science talk.  Then I can use a more text-oriented layout for justatechnicality.wordpress.com, a graphics-intense layout for encodey.wordpress.com (here) — I really want a much wider active area for graphics and text — and probably a graphics-intense layout for goldmarble (the craft blog).

I haven’t really asked anyone who reads the blog if they would like this, though.  I think it sounds feasible, but I would want the other blogs linked obviously and directly to this one.  The only option I’ve got at present is overhauling my one menu or putting little buttons in the header as icons to the other blogs (which doesn’t help if they’ve been going malnourished like they have — they don’t have icons of their own).

Any thoughts/ideas?
